Design

Your inground pool starts on our designers page. The designers are trained to cover every contingency possible that will ensure you end up with a swimming pool that is catered to your needs and the needs of your family.

Excavation

Once your  pool has been approved at Council the real action begins, your pool is marked out and the excavation begins.

Formwork & steel

A timber frame is built around the top and all out of ground parts of the pool. Then a steel cage is created within the  pool to give the pool its strength. All of the pipe work that goes into the pool and the skimmer box is put in place at this stage. Your swimming pool is starting to take shape.

Concrete spray

The business end of your inground pool construction and one of the most exciting parts of the pool construction process. Concrete is pumped into the pool and sprayed onto the walls, shapers then “cut” the concrete into shape. Once completed the shell is left to cure for a few weeks. During the curing time the plumbing, filter and pump are installed.

Coping and surrounds

Next comes the coping, there are many choices of coping styles such as pavers, tiles, stone, pebblecrete or timber decking. Also at this time landscaping, fencing, decking and other surrounds can be completed.
